Open Call For Artists

We are seeking proposals for November, December, and January!

Propose a pop-up exhibition; practice space for movement, performance, or to sort out a large project; short-term headquarters for a series of workshops or gatherings; or something else.

Use of the space comes with: 

  • staff support; 

  • professional documentation or $250 equivalent; 

  • $75 reimbursable hospitality budget for each public program; 

  • $500 honorarium lead artist fee; 

  • $50 honoraria supporting artist fees not to exceed $500. 

We invite artists, curators, and creatives working in all mediums to submit their work for consideration. 

Dates include

1. November 3rd-7th (install)  Residency dates November 7th-23rd

2. Dec 1st-5th (install) Exhibition dates Dec. 5th-21st. 

3. January 5-9th (install) Exhibition dates Jan. 9th- 25th

Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline: October 20th, 2024 at 11:59 PM

Eligibility: Open to all Portland-based creatives. Students are eligible for consideration.

Mediums: All mediums are welcome

How to Submit: Please submit using the form below with the following:

1. Proposal: including concept and detailed description of artwork or vision for use of the space.

2. Artist Bio(s)

3. Furniture and equipment needs

4. Max 10 images 

Selected artists will be notified by October 31st.
